Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all locations within Singapore and Other Countries.

2. Shipping Rates (Singapore Address):

• Standard Delivery: FREE, typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

• Trackable Delivery: SGD$3 for Singapore address, typically delivered within 1-2 business days].
  

3. Shipping Rates (Outside of Singapore):

• Standard Delivery: FREE, typically delivered within 21-28 business days. Depending on location.

• Trackable Delivery: SGD$5 for Singapore address, typically delivered within 21-28 business days].
  
  

4. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Need it urgently for overseas customers, you can opt to download it instead of physical party supplies like a cake topper, cupcake topper, banner, etc. You can either print at home if you have a printer if not bring it to a local print shop to print.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) if you choose this option. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you with an updated delivery date. If you have not received your order within 28 business days of receiving your shipment confirmation, please contact us at bwoprints@gmail.com.

7. Shipping Restrictions:
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Returns Policy

We don’t accept returns or refunds, so please double-check your order during checkout before submitting it.
In case of a duplicate order, we will cancel the duplicate order and return the amount as store credit only. This prevents the deduction of credit charges and processing from the bank. Validity of store credit can be held for 3 months only.
